The University collects information about employees’ race and ethnicity, disability status and veteran status to comply with state and federal record-keeping and reporting requirements. The University prepares an annual Affirmative Action Plan in accordance with state and federal law and reports this information in summary form (without using individual names) to state and federal agencies as appropriate. The University also uses this information to improve its affirmative action efforts.
The University’s Affirmative Action Plan can be accessed (pursuant to applicable law) by contacting the University’s Office of Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action during normal business hours.
